Had a cozy Christmas stay across from the Long Island Sound, enjoying the beautiful village vibes of Southold. the room was spot on with a comfy bed and a nice couch for TV time. Delighted by the modern amenities like the roomy fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Big shoutout to Colin for being a stellar host, even scoring us a free room upgrade.

Couldn't find a single thing to gripe about during our stay; all was smooth sailing at this charming spot.

Southold Beach's host, Colin, was incredibly accommodating, even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade. the village ambiance and community feel added to the overall charm of our stay.
