The location was great! Just a short walk from the city center and all the Christmas festivities. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all. Another positive was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. Plus, the room was cozy and had a nice view of the city.

Great customer service with friendly and helpful staff who provided us with excellent recommendations of where to go, eat and drink. The location of the hotel was perfect with free parking nearby and an easy and quick walk from the train station. We received a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The breakfast pre-order system was the only challenge. I wish I could have placed my order the night before as I couldn't remember what I had ordered on the Google form a few weeks prior.
