The location of the hotel was fantastic, as we were close to the Biennale and the Arsenale vaporetto stop. We enjoyed the fantastic view from our room, which overlooked the old facilities. The staff at the hotel were friendly and approachable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful location right on the canal, giving you a true Venetian experience. Easy access to the Arsenale ferry stop and only a short walk to famous landmarks like Piazza San Marco. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. We had a lovely room facing the water, providing stunning views every morning. The location of this hotel was fantastic for travel connections. It is situated right opposite S Giorgio Island, on the lagoon, with a good selection of bars and restaurants along Via Garibaldi. It is also close to the vaporetto stop Arsenale, making it easy to explore the city. there is a coop grocery store down the street, perfect for picking up snacks or supplies.

The hotel fell short in terms of room comfort. The beds had rubber covers on them, which made them sweaty and uncomfortable to sleep in.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from St Mark's Square and with its own dock for private taxi arrivals. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is attentive and accommodating. They even provided me with a travel plug when I forgot mine. The hotel is also conveniently located near water bus stops, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby islands.

This small hotel is located in a less crowded area on the lagoon near Arsenale but within easy walking distance of the major attractions. It is away from tourist Venice, providing a glimpse into the local Venetian life. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, offering a taste of authentic cuisine. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Biennale events, making it a perfect choice for art enthusiasts.

The Vaporetto station is not very close to the hotel, requiring a short 5-8 minute walk.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful in organizing tours, excursions, and even dinner reservations at the best local restaurants. They went above and beyond to ensure our family had a wonderful time exploring Venice. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient, being easily reached from Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia Railway Station, and Piazzale Roma. We were able to effortlessly explore the Port of Venice and Fondamenta Nuove, making it a worthwhile activity for the whole family.

My kids wished there was a larger play area for them in the hotel.

It is located in a not-so touristy area, yet within walking distance of the main attractions like St. Mark's Square and the Arsenale stop. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with clean sheets and towels, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection is good and the Wi-Fi is perfect for work purposes. Additionally, the hotel is very close to Lido beach, giving you the opportunity to relax after a long day of meetings.

The only drawback is the absence of a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

And not just for a visit to the International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, although that was why we decided to book a room here. All the members of the staff were delightful and extremely helpful, e.g. going above and beyond to translate and help us figure out how to extend our parking reservation at a Mestre parking garage. We were fortunate enough to receive one of the enchanting rooms facing the lagoon, which certainly impressed my wife since our visit coincided with our wedding anniversary. :-) Breakfast is wonderful and sustaining by normally quite frugal Italian standards , which my wife certainly appreciated to get her going in the morning. I've been coming to Venice all my life but this visit was truly special, thanks to the hotel and their excellent staff - we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Venice. Addio e fino alla prossima volta!

We were delighted with the numerous restaurant options on the same street, providing us with plenty of dining choices. The hotel itself is well-maintained and modern, with a touch of Venetian style in its decor. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond, even helping us with translation and extending our parking reservation. We were lucky to have a room facing the lagoon, which made our stay even more enchanting. The breakfast service was excellent, offering a reasonable selection of drinks and food. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet area with almost no tourists, it provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located between two vaporetto stops, making it easy to explore the city by water bus. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a terrace and exceptional views of the Lagoon or Piazza San Marco. The air conditioning kept the room cool, which was a relief after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast, included in the price, offered basic but tasty options to start the day.

My experience at this hotel was wonderful and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in ons hotel in de buurt van het strand. Het was zo handig dat we bedden en parasols konden huren, zodat we optimaal konden genieten van de zon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en vooral de aardigste gastvrouw van het hotel, mevrouw Nikiforova, zorgde ervoor dat we ons welkom voelden. Daarnaast waardeerden we het dat het hotel gebruikmaakte van zonne-energie, wat goed is voor het milieu.

Helaas was het geluid in het hotel soms storend, met gasten die 's avonds laat luidruchtig waren.
