We had a pleasant stay at Camilla Firenze. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in historic Florence. the staff were very helpful and attentive, from assisting with last-minute flight cancellations to calling a cab for us in the middle of the night. the room was clean and comfortable, and the towels were changed regularly. the bathroom was spacious and had been recently refurbished. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket right across the street. a great experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore the city. It was close to all the key attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. The staff were friendly and provided useful information to help me navigate the city. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The lack of an elevator, meaning I had to climb several flights of stairs with my luggage. The breakfast room was a bit plain and lacked ambiance, a few decorations or some soft background music would have made it more enjoyable.

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Camilla in Florence for 5 nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the renovated rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel's location, just a 3-minute walk from the Duomo, was perfect for sightseeing. We loved the comfortable room with its efficient A/C, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Plus, there was a supermarket right across the street.

If you are not physically fit, you may find it hard to reach your room on the upper floors, as the stairs are quite steep. there is no working elevator, so carrying luggage can be a challenge.
