My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was excellent! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient, especially for catching a flight. I also loved the nearby restaurants and the available parking. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. this was one of the best Holiday Inn hotels I've stayed at, and I would definitely choose it again.

If I had to point out one thing, it would be that there could have been more options for breakfast items.

Although the room was clean, there were some issues such as a noisy mini fridge that had to be unplugged for sleep. There were also disturbances from room service knocking on the door despite having a "do not disturb" sign.

Great value for money. Nice location in a convenient area. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The comfortable bed and breakfast included sealed the deal for us. We appreciated the attention to detail.

It consisted of just a paper bag with a frozen sandwich, which is definitely not what I expected when it was advertised as "breakfast included. " Another drawback was the lack of cleanliness in the pool area. The pool hadn't been cleaned for a while and there were piles of trash bags from the hotel lying around. Additionally, there was no room cleaning or fresh towels provided during our three-day stay.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful.

The location was a pleasant surprise, with a CVS, a supermarket, a coffee shop, and many restaurants just blocks away. Plus, it was conveniently located near the airport and right next to Doral City Place, which has shops, restaurants, and bars.
