This hotel offers great value for money. The location is ideal for visiting tourist areas and for dining out at nearby restaurants. The well-maintained garden provides a wonderful spot for children to play. The rooms with 3 beds are perfect for families, and the fact that breakfast is included is a plus.

This hotel did have some good points. The free housekeeping for three nights was appreciated, as was the prompt response to questions before arrival. The location close to restaurants and shops was definitely a plus, and the balcony was a great feature to have.

This hotel was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in guests, and the room was not as clean as it should have been.

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The attentiveness and professionalism of the staff, including Jay and Louie, made our experience even more enjoyable. we highly recommend New Manila Suites for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the busy city. The dedication of the staff and owners truly sets this place apart. I would definitely stay there again!

We found a comfortable haven away from the busy streets of Manila. The hotel is located in a serene neighborhood, close to nearby restaurants and fast food options. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a small kitchen area, fridge, and microwave. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was served on a patio with a view of a beautiful garden. It was a truly relaxing and convenient stay.

The price of the hotel was a bit high compared to other available options.
