The rooms were uncomfortably small, and the bed was just two singles pushed together. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to get a good sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective, and the filters looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Overall, I felt disappointed by the outdated amenities and cleanliness standards.

the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. but the location is amazing, only a 5 min walk to the lake. staff are friendly and super helpful. free parking is a big plus too.
