The staff members were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice patio. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town, making it convenient for us with small kids. There was a big playground nearby and another one by the lake, between two restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a helpful receptionist who quickly checked us in. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The location of this venue was absolutely perfect, as it was in the center of everything. All the facilities we needed were just a few minutes walk away, including restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the beautiful Lake Como. We also appreciated the free parking, as it made exploring the nearby Swiss border incredibly convenient. The breakfast in the morning was more than perfect. The lovely waitress couldn't do enough for us and made sure we had everything we wanted, from food to drinks. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast outside on the terrace, basking in the sun and admiring the stunning view of the mountains. We can't wait to visit this place again!

Centrale was just perfect for a few days. The location was great, only 150 meters from the waterfront, with ferries and fantastic restaurants nearby. Check-in was a simple pleasure, and the room was beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast was hearty, and the rates were reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
