I got great value for my money at Hotel Centrum in Catania. The room was spacious and had a fantastic rooftop terrace. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the city center. The staff treated me like royalty, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and prompt refilling of the food items.

Cozy rooms, charming fireplace, and a great TV lounge for lazy evenings. The beach shuttle made it so easy to enjoy the surf and sand. And let's not forget the excitement of seeing a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector in my room!

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location is very convenient, being very near to the city center, allowing for easy access to the historical city center and nearby attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and provided me with great recommendations on where to eat and what to try if you are in Sicilia. The breakfast was amazing, with a big variety of food available. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-organized, making for a comfortable stay.

The rooms may have a vintage feel but the bathrooms are renovated and spotless. You'll have the convenience of a safe and refrigerator in your room, as well as a small balcony. The staff is incredibly warm and accommodating, providing exceptional service. The breakfast area offers a full and varied choice of food, and the staff even brings you your choice of breakfast coffee.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade.

Stayed at a hotel in the perfect location, close to main sightseeings and yet quiet at night. Indoor parking available next to the hotel. the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. Paola, the lady at the front office, was incredibly kind and helpful. If we return to this city, we will definitely stay at Centrum again. Thank you, Paola!

The location of the hotel was ideal for us, as it was close to the train and bus station, making it easy to reach. the proximity to the city center was also a bonus, as it allowed us to explore the main attractions with ease. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and assisting us with any issues that arose.

The hotel itself was quite disappointing. the furniture and décor were outdated and in need of renovation.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance to the historic city center. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a beautiful view from the small balcony. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices, including fruits, eggs, breads, and cereals. I also appreciated the convenience of the bus stop nearby, which allowed me to easily get to the center of town or catch a bus to the airport.

I did notice that the bathrooms could have been cleaner, as there was some mold in the showers.

This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with little terraces offering stunning views of Mount Etna. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, allowing you to easily explore Catania's historical centre. The breakfast is a delight, with gluten-free bread available and an array of delicious cakes to indulge in.

It was definitely a great start to the day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect , a short walk from the main sightseeings, yet surprisingly quiet at night. the fact that they offered room service and had an elevator was an added bonus, making the stay even more convenient.

One downside I experienced was that the front desk staff seemed to lack attention to detail. They forgot to wake us up as requested, resulting in precious lost time.
