I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a beautiful city view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro, shopping area, and plenty of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the top end of Nanjing Rd pedestrian street with easy access to many tourist places in the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa which allowed me to use their facilities for a shower before my late night flight. The breakfast options were great with a wide variety to choose from. The staff, including the housekeepers and taxi guys, were all very helpful and friendly.

We loved the modern and up-to-date facilities at this hotel. The spacious and fresh rooms provided great views. The location was excellent, with the subway nearby and a short walk to the famous Nanjing Road and The Bund. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a jacuzzi by the swimming pool.

During my city break, I had a comfortable stay in a great location. the room was clean, well, organized, and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had excellent Wi, Fi connection, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, with restaurants and shopping options just steps away. It was also within walking distance to the scenic riverfront, offering beautiful views both day and night.

There were some aspects of my stay that could have been better. I experienced issues with the access card, which stopped working on my last day before check, out.

We had a great stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located at the end of Nanging Road. the room had a stunning view of the bund, exactly why we chose Conrad. the hotel provided excellent service from the moment we arrived, with the doorman even helping us secure transportation despite the language barrier. the room layout and facilities were modern and comfortable, and the staff responded quickly to our housekeeping requests.

Stayed here for a weekend, and it was nice to get a couple of complimentary drink vouchers and some chocolates upon check-in. the hotel is located right in the middle of everything, which made it easy for us to walk around and explore. the room itself was quite spacious and had a great view of the cityscape from the window.

The building is quite old and some parts of the hotel definitely need a renovation. the air conditioning did not work well and the room was too hot and stuffy throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
