We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Transportation was a breeze, with the hotel's prime location next to People's Square providing easy access to public transportation options. Additionally, the parking facilities were reliable and convenient, catering to guests who prefer to drive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the top end of Nanjing Rd pedestrian street with easy access to many tourist places in the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa which allowed me to use their facilities for a shower before my late night flight. The breakfast options were great with a wide variety to choose from. The staff, including the housekeepers and taxi guys, were all very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely nothing

During my city break, I had a comfortable stay in a great location. the room was clean, well, organized, and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had excellent Wi, Fi connection, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, with restaurants and shopping options just steps away. It was also within walking distance to the scenic riverfront, offering beautiful views both day and night.

There were some aspects of my stay that could have been better. I experienced issues with the access card, which stopped working on my last day before check, out.

We recently had a romantic escape at a luxury hotel in Shanghai and there were a few things that we really liked about it. the rooms were well-maintained and cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Secondly, the hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city, offering stunning views of the bustling streets and skyscrapers. Lastly, the hotel had an excellent selection of restaurants, where we enjoyed delicious meals and indulged in a variety of international cuisines.

There were some aspects of our experience that we were not pleased with. the check-in process was incredibly slow, with our room not being ready even though we arrived in the afternoon.

We stayed at Conrad for 4 nights on a leisure trip. The room layout was practical and spacious, with a separate space for toilet, shower, and washing basin. The hotel had a grand and welcoming atmosphere, both at the ground floor entrance and the lobby on the 30th floor. The concierge was adept in arranging train tickets and gave helpful advice. We got a free upgrade to a higher floor with an excellent view of the Bund. The staff spoke English well, and the beds were comfortable.

Recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was spot on! The room was huge and spacious, and the Malin + Goetz toiletries were a nice touch. The location was unbeatable, with metro entrances and the buzzing Nanjing Road just a stone's throw away. The staff were prompt in their responses and provided helpful information, and they even let us bring a cup of coffee back to our room. Only wish they had recommendations for local restaurants in the room brochure.

Breakfast option could use some improvement, especially the Chinese food line. Some of the dishes were a bit disappointing.
