We had the most amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of town with luxury amenities and spacious, comfy rooms. The hotel even provided a little electric buggy for convenience. The indoor pool, spa, sauna, and massage/beauty therapists were absolutely divine! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the shops and eateries. We will definitely be coming back to this fabulous hotel!

They have a great location, nestled amongst charming old wooden buildings, with stunning views of the mountains. Despite being in a quiet area, it’s only a short walk from the main train station and several restaurants. The service was top-notch, with prompt and helpful staff eager to assist with tours and transportation. The room was comfortable, with great amenities like a balcony, mini-bar, and soundproofed walls. We especially loved the spa area, which had everything from a pool to massage treatments, making for an incredibly relaxing stay.

Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area!

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to everything but slightly hidden off the main drag. It is right in the center of the action in Zermatt, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff are attentive and prepared to collect you from the train station, which is very close by. The rooms are spacious and clean, with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. The spa facilities are a wonderful way to relax after a day of activities.

The carpet in some areas of the hotel's common areas is starting to show wear.

We also appreciated that there were complimentary cookies and coffee left for us to enjoy. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the important landmarks. we enjoyed the modern and luxurious decor of the hotel.

The staff at check-in were super friendly and knowledgeable, and we were jaw-droppingly surprised to receive an upgrade to a modern and luxurious suite! The location of the hotel is mind-blowing, just a 1-minute walk from the train station but outside of the busy and crowded area. The rooms facing Gornergrat railway station offered a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and it was not at all disturbing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a nice atmosphere and friendly and helpful personnel. We also loved the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the 24-hour reception. The hotel had great amenities like an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and even a game room with table tennis and billiard tables. We also appreciated the free shuttle service and the option for in-room breakfast. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we wish we could have stayed even longer!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. The hotel provided free electric transfer, making it convenient for us with our backpacks. The rooms and amenities were new, nicely designed, and very clean. The breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. The staff was excellent and friendly, providing us with helpful advice and recommendations for our treks.
