The hotel is perfectly located close to the centre and right on the lake, offering stunning views. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service, offering a spritz on arrival and being attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant serves exceptional food. The hotel also offers free parking and a waterfront café.

The noise from other guests and cleaning staff can be disruptive at times.

The view from our room was fantastic, we could see the xmas lights and fireworks at night. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the fresh pastries and fruit. the location was perfect for exploring the city.

The noise from the street was disturbing at night, we could not sleep properly. the hotel didn't have its own parking, and we had to park at a nearby public parking which was not convenient during the Christmas holidays.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The prices were significantly cheaper compared to nearby options, yet the rooms were modern and new. Additionally, the breakfast had a good selection of both savoury and sweet items. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was easy parking nearby, which was very convenient.
