Outstanding Customer Service

During our stay at a hotel in Rimini, we had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from the night porter. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable time in the city. Not only did he provide us with detailed directions to local attractions, restaurants, and bars, but he even shared valuable information about Moto GP shortcuts and Valentino Rossi's hometown. His genuine kindness and helpfulness made us feel like we were leaving a friend behind when we departed. We will definitely be returning next year and recommending this hotel to others. our stay was made truly memorable thanks to the outstanding customer service we received.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, making it convenient for enjoying the sun and sand. It is also helpful that the staff pointed out nearby dog park and beach, accommodating for those with furry friends. there are nice restaurants in the old town, which is only a 20 minute walk away or easily accessible by the bikes provided by the hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable and prone to splitting apart, leading to a restless sleep experience.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this luxurious place. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. They even went above and beyond in assisting us with finding the nearby dog park and dog beach, as we were traveling with our furry friend. The room was spacious and had soundproof walls, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

The room was somewhat clean and had a nice view from the window. the bed was comfortable enough to sleep on and the sheets seemed freshly laundered. the hotel was located near the beach and close to some decent restaurants.

There was no ambiance or charm to the place. the staff were not hospitable, and the atmosphere was depressing.
