The value for money at the hotel was exceptional. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a large new walk-in shower. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to Piazzale Michelangelo, and the staff treated us with warmth and friendliness throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been better with a greater variety of options.

The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service, from providing local advice to helping with mail and motorcycle troubles. They even stored my motorcycle while I explored Austria. The hotel's location was away from the crowds but still close to Florence, and the rooms were great. The breakfast was excellent, and the evening meet and greets with free food and wine were a bonus. No extra charges for amenities like stocked minibars and daily phone calls.
