They engaged in conversations with us and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast had a great selection, with constantly stocked and fresh options. The pool was clean and provided lots of fun for our family. The entire facility was well-maintained and looked great throughout our stay. We also loved the outside courtyard area, a nice bonus for young families.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no reason to complain.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of attending the Hobo convention in Britt, which was conveniently located just 20 miles away from the hotel. I was relieved to find that the Best Western was the perfect choice for accommodation since there are no hotels in Britt. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing ample comfort for my family. The highlight was definitely the large and clean pool, along with the perfect hot tub that both my grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with its variety of options, including fixings for burritos, pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The staff was cheerful, pleasant, and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the interior courtyard provided a beautiful setting for a carry-out meal in the cool evening air.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Clear Lake for a concert at the Surf Ballroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and treated me like family. The breakfast had great options and the pool was clean and fun. The location was convenient with many restaurants and gas stations nearby.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the Surf Ballroom and the Buddy Holly crash site. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing a map to the crash site and giving information about the area. the room was clean and comfortable, with a delicious buffet breakfast offered in the morning.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. Additionally, there were bugs in the room, including crickets, moths, and spiders.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just off the interstate and close to many restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. the staff members at this hotel are also very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were clean and not too noisy considering the proximity to the interstate.
