This hotel is perfect if you want to be in the centre of historical Florence. Its location is great, just a one-minute walk from Duomo and only 10 minutes from the train station. Being within walking distance of all the main attractions, it is very convenient for an afternoon siesta.

The breakfast was a bit poor, with only a small bar and not much variety of food to choose from.

The central location allowed me to easily explore all the important sites of the city without any noise disruptions in my room. The modern rooms were comfortable and spacious, perfect for my family of four. The delicious breakfast spread offered a variety of pastries, fruit juices, cereals, and meats, ensuring a satisfying start to my day. The helpful staff provided excellent recommendations for local eateries and were always attentive to our needs. Great location, within walking distance to major attractions. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help and provide information. Lovely library on the top floor and a cozy terrace with a beautiful view. Beautifully designed interiors with charming details such as room names instead of numbers. Continental breakfast available and a nice surprise left in the room each day.

This hotel is great value for money. It's right in the center of the city so you can easily walk to all the sights worth seeing and it's in the historic district. The rooms are beautiful and have amazing decor. The shower cubicles are very large and there's even a Nespresso machine and a good hair dryer. For breakfast, there's excellent coffee served with different pastries and made to order by the nicest baristas.

The hotel could improve on soundproofing the rooms from the noise in the corridors.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was close to everything we wanted to see in the city. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The breakfast spread was also impressive with fresh fruits, cheese, ham, and tasty cornetti. Additionally, the hotel had a small elevator, which was a nice bonus.

The walls were not soundproof, and we could hear some noise from outside and other guests from time to time.

Had a great weekend in the center of an Italian city. the location was fantastic! There were several restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even left a small gift in our room. Plus, the complimentary coffee and tea in the room saved us money on a morning coffee run.

We could hear the street noise and people in adjoining rooms, even with the windows closed. the soundproofing between the rooms could have been better.
