They made sure we were well taken care of. The room was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The twin room was spacious and the bed mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, being very close to the main railway station and key city attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

I had the best hotel breakfast of my entire cross-country trip of Switzerland. The location was excellent, right next to the main pedestrian street in the city, with plenty of restaurants to choose from to eat at. It was also really close to Zurich train station, making transportation super convenient. The staff was always helpful and greeted me with a smile. The rooms were a nice size and very clean, with good air conditioning. this hotel provided a great experience in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location.

The room I stayed in was facing the street, so there was some noise and cigarette smoke coming in through the open windows. The air conditioning was not working perfectly, so keeping the windows open was necessary.
