We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel in Tuscany. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside and conveniently close to all the attractions in the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping to the shuttle service, they took care of every detail to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed from ironing facilities to a sitting area and terrace. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with a sun terrace and comfortable loungers where we could relax and enjoy the sun. The garden area was also well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the comfy beds and rustic charm of the location. The gardens were well-maintained, and there were plenty of outdoor seating options. We appreciated the honesty bar and the fact that our hosts were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel's proximity to the town and amenities provided was really convenient. our host provided us with recommendations for non-touristy activities to undertake, which was a refreshing change from the norm.

The absence of air conditioning made it hard for us to get a good night's sleep. We also struggled with the low water pressure when using the small bathrooms with inadequate showers, which weren't comfortable.

Breakfast and cappuccino were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed private pool and al fresco dinner. Winery tour and dinner were excellent.
