The wifi code was easily obtainable from reception. The room was spacious and had a good view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was lovely and satisfying. I would recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning sea views from our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and always available to assist. The continental breakfast offered a great start to the day. We especially enjoyed the Mushroom and Bacon Salad from the menu. Despite a slight issue with the shower on the first night, it was promptly resolved upon our complaint. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

had a wonderful honeymoon trip in Torquay and Heritage exceeded our expectations. Loved the fantastic sea views, spacious room, and delicious and reasonably priced meals at the bar. The staff were friendly and efficient despite the current staff shortages.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the newly refurbished en-suites with sea views were a delightful surprise. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely conservatory overlooking the sea where we could enjoy the beautiful views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who warmed croissants for us during breakfast. The location was excellent, allowing us to take an early morning stroll on the seafront and explore the surrounding area easily.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a conservatory off of the bar offering beautiful views across Torbay. It was also conveniently situated in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast choice was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with some offering views of the sea. Additionally, the hotel had a hot tub that guests could enjoy.

One negative aspect was that there was no lift in the hotel, which could be inconvenient for some guests with mobility issues.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in had a stunning sea view and provided ample space for me. I also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room. The hotel had parking available, which was quite convenient, although it did get a bit crowded at times. Another highlight was the hotel's bar, where I enjoyed delicious food. the cleanliness of the hotel, the parking facilities, the location close to the beach, and the friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay.

Had a decent time during Easter with free room-service and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the building. Location of the hotel was amazing as it was just a stone's throw from the vibrant town center and the seaside. to this, the breakfast was freshly served every day with a choice of hot and cold options allowing you to have a good start to the day.

Aspects of the hotel were not up to scratch like the fact that some rooms did not have a view apart from the car park or a wall. some nights got pretty noisy due to the ‘close to the bar’ location of the room and there being a party on which could cause some disturbance if you’re looking for an early night.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the friendly staff, seaview from the window, and convenient bus stops for exploring different areas.

This hotel is well placed to the Town Centre, closely to beach restaurants, and right on the seafront. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities. The rooms were dated but had a nice sitting area with a view, and seating in the windows. Breakfast was included, and there was an option to upgrade to a full English if required.

The Heritage Hotel Torquay exceeded all my expectations. the value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices for a hotel so well placed to the town centre and close to the beachfront. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Finally, the rooms were a delightful surprise, as they offered stunning sea views and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast, included in the stay, was also a highlight, with the option to upgrade to a full English if desired.

All aspects were more than satisfactory.
