The property was spotless and the owner and his family were incredibly friendly. They welcomed us with a drink upon arrival and provided detailed information about the surrounding area. The location was strategic, offering a balance between the serenity of Hoi An and easy access to the old town. The owners were fluent in English and recommended delicious, non-touristy places to eat. Email response was fast, and they even helped us book tours at reasonable prices. The service here was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was tasty. I will definitely stay here again!

Kim and her family made our stay incredibly amazing. With their good mood and nice recommendations to discover town, attend an amazing cooking class and have dinner we had a pleasant stay despite the rainy weather :) the beds are comfy, the rooms clean and tidy, the house beautiful and the surroundings calm and quiet while close to the centre. totally recommended and thanks again for your hospitality.

During my stay at Blue Clouds Homestay, I was truly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Duong, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In fact, when I arrived early from a night bus, he kindly allowed me to check-in and even served me a refreshing cup of coffee. Duong was also incredibly helpful in assisting me with various things, such as arranging for laundry, providing recommendations for local eateries, and offering free bicycle rentals. It was these small gestures that made me feel like a valued guest.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a mini bar and lockable cabinets in the room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main tourist hub within the old quarter. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for local eateries and arranging transportation for us. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. our experience at this hotel was outstanding.

No safe in the room. However, we felt our belongings were secure throughout our stay.

The breakfast was delicious with made-to-order dishes and the coffee was slow drip, which gave a relaxing start to the day. the location of the hotel was convenient, not too far from the center of town. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and gave us lots of advice about activities and transportation options.

There was a strange thumping noise coming from the pipes which was a bit annoying. Also, it was disappointing to have to pay extra for breakfast, especially considering that it is typically included in similarly priced hotels in other places.
