I had a truly memorable stay at a fantastic hotel in Ortisei. The views from my room were exceptional, and the room itself was impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay outstanding, even offering me a free bus pass for 7 days and allowing me to park my car even after check out. The location was perfect, with all the lifts just a short walk away and a convenient grocery store right across the street. I can't say enough about how family-friendly and welcoming this hotel was.

We could see the stunning mountain range right from our balcony. We also liked that there was a grocery store just across the street which was really convenient. the location was perfect, we were able to walk to the cable cars for the Alps di Siusi and Seceda. the staff was amazing and spoke multiple languages, making everything very easy and pleasant.

Our only dislike was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However, we could always go down and get hot water and pick up some tea or coffee from the grocery store across the road.
