i was appalled at the utter lack of basic amenities— no working internet in rooms? unbelievable. the kitchen sink barely had a trickle of water, and don’t get me started on their ridiculous fees for broken glass when i had to use towels for safety! a complimentary drink would have been a nice touch but, apparently, that’s asking too much. almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Swimming off the dock was enjoyable. The sandy area with lounge chairs and hammocks was lovely. The included breakfast by the bay was a great start to the day. 😊

Make sure to rent a golf cart for easy island exploration, as it's a bit far from dining options and attractions.

I found the location quite inconvenient as it's a good 20-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. Although it was manageable, it was bothersome, especially when carrying groceries. The hotel didn't offer lunch or dinner, which made the long walks even more frustrating, and we ended up needing to rely on taxis more than expected.

Our stay at Bahia Tolok was delightful! The property is beautifully maintained, and we loved the nice pool area. The staff were extremely friendly, making us feel right at home. Renting a golf cart on-site made exploring the island easy, and the views from our room were just breathtaking.

We had an awesome time enjoying the peaceful ocean view tables at the hotel restaurant and relaxing in the cool air-conditioned room after a long day. The outdoor swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers made for perfect lounging spots to soak up the sun. The breakfast options weren't the best, but we found some yummy places nearby to grab a bite. 😊

I had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful pool area while being just over a kilometer from the colorful Crayola House and the scenic Muelle publico de Isla Mujeres, making exploring the island super easy.
