Absolutely loved the welcoming vibes from the reception chommies! They were super helpful with maps and ferry times, like our own personal tour guides. The room was spacious, with a lekker comfy bed and proper clean. And the brekkie had some amazing pastries – a real treat for our mornings!

But man, the street noise was a bit of a jol at times, especially at night. Gave us the heebie-jeebies when all we wanted was a peaceful sleep!

Shower was incredible, and the breakfast buffet rocked!

Arriving by private water taxi directly to the hotel's dock was a breezy start. The location was a perfect balance of being near the city center yet in a quiet area, allowing for restful nights. My room was elegantly decorated and offered great amenities, making it an ideal retreat after a busy day of meetings.

The only downside was the difficulty in navigating to the hotel with luggage from the train station.

Additionally, the breakfast selection could have been more varied. it felt a bit too standard for the hotel's caliber, lacking any special options that would elevate the experience. Overall, these issues put a damper on what could have been a perfect stay.

Stunning, authentic hotel in a prime location. Gorgeous rooms with opulent décor and lovely views of the canal. We had a delightful surprise with candies in our room!
