The hotel is in a great location, central to all the sights and next to all the sightseeings. To arrive by water taxi is magic, and you can easily reach anywhere on the main island. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The staff provides fantastic service, offering recommendations and going out of their way to help. The breakfast buffet has a great selection, and there is a beautiful garden and veranda to relax in.

The windows in some rooms on the lobby level are so high up that you can't see out.

The hotel room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the location was perfect, close to both St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, they organized a water taxi for us and provided valuable advice for our visit. Our suite was like a royal palace, with classic luxury furniture and gorgeous chandeliers. We loved the soundproof windows and the Hermis toiletries in the bathroom. The tea and coffee facilities were appreciated. Apertivo hour was a great way to meet other guests and the bartenders were accommodating. Overall I would recommend the hotel.
