We had a fantastic stay at this special hotel for our vacation. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great views of the ocean and jungle. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the rooftop and balcony. The nearby beach, la Playa del Conchas Chinas, was one of the best in the area. It was a pleasant walk along the seaside to the town center. In the morning, we appreciated the complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby. Plus, being able to keep and cook our own meals in the rooms was a bonus.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the bay and providing daily sightings of whales and dolphins. the rooms were well-appointed with marble counters, floors, and stainless steel appliances. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the rooftop pool, which was never crowded and perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

One downside was the lack of an on-site restaurant. Although the neighboring hotel had a restaurant, it would have been more convenient to have one at our own hotel.

The rooftop pool is a great place to relax, and the small rooftop restaurant serves delicious breakfast and lunch options. The staff, including Gabriel and Sergio, are amazing and provide exceptional service. The manager, Sergio, is always available to help with restaurant recommendations, tours, and transportation. The housekeeping team does a great job of keeping the rooms and common areas clean.
