The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. the staff was amazing and always helpful. the location of the hotel was ideal, very easy to travel around and not too far from the city center. There were plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby, which was really convenient.

The neighborhood was a little noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. It could be improved by having new windows that blocked out the street noise.

The staff at Giacosa were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me great recommendations for things to do and places to eat during my stay. They even helped me navigate the metro and held onto my bags until it was time for me to leave. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and a good selection of TV channels.
