As a solo traveler, Hotel Ideale was a safe and accommodating choice for my stay. The staff spoke good English and provided excellent service, from daily room cleaning to assistance with anything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stops and tram links. The breakfast, while not luxurious, was satisfying and the staff even made coffee to order. I was able to leave my baggage at the hotel after check-out, allowing me to explore the city without any worries.

My Christmas stay in the hotel was fantastic! the breakfast spread was amazing, especially the freshly baked pastries and the selection of fruits. the hotel's location was ideal as it was within walking distance of public transportation and some great restaurants. Plus, the room was clean and spacious enough for me to relax in after a day of exploring.

I did have a bit of trouble with the language barrier. Some of the staff members didn't speak English well, which made it a bit difficult to communicate my needs.
