Liked the fact that the staff responded quickly to our inquiries before our arrival. , the hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Another positive was the comfortable bed and well-heated room. But honestly, with all the negative experiences we had, it's hard to find much to rave about.

Arrived tired after a long journey at 8pm, only to be told that the air conditioning doesn't kick in until 11pm. Shower without a door meant water sprayed all over the bathroom.

The hotel had a great location, right in the center of the city and close to public transportation. It was conveniently situated near the Belko bus stop and just a short walk from the Kizilay metro station. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff provided good service and were always polite and friendly. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, including fresh pastries and a selection of hot and cold items.

Some of the other reviews mentioned problems with the toilet, including issues with the water running and difficulty in getting it to stop.
