Good hospitality, free dessert and limoncello, organized taxi service, and friendly owner. Spotless hotel, helpful staff, great restaurant, and good facilities. Okay breakfast, language barrier.

I really got my money's worth at Incontro. The room was great and the hotel was spotless. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with more variety.

The hotel location was ideal, it was close to downtown and the restaurants. We enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast, the friendly staff, and the clean and spacious rooms. , the hotel offered a shuttle service which was an advantage considering the heavy snow during Christmas.

The spa and pool facilities were closed. the air conditioning system was not efficient enough to keep the room warm, we had to rely on extra blankets to stay warm during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect for us, just a short distance away from the town we were visiting. The restaurant was top-notch, with delicious food that even locals love. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

That the spa and pool facilities were not open during our stay. It would have been nice if they had been available, especially since they were advertised.
