During our stay, we had a small issue with the TV remote not working properly. However, the receptionist was quick to respond and provided us with a replacement remote, showing us how to use it and informing us about the available channels.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Palermo and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to access the old town and other points of interest. The staff were incredibly friendly and the basic breakfast included freshly made coffee to order. The room had a small fridge and was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. it was a great experience.
