The owner even stayed up late to ensure I arrived safely and helped me settle into my room. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean with a charming, old-fashioned ambiance. But what really set this hotel apart was the personalized service. The owner gave excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants, making sure my stay was exactly what I wanted. The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the lake from the balcony. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Enjoyable stay with warm hospitality and stunning lake views. The rooms were cozy with regular linen change and the breakfast was of high quality. Convenient ten-minute walk to the town center and beautiful lakeshore. The hotel is surrounded by lush gardens and trees and offers a serene ambiance for a relaxing stay.

The noise from the nearby road and neighboring guests can be disturbing at times. Although the air conditioning is available, the room decor and furniture are a bit dated and tired.

This hotel is conveniently located near various attractions. It is close to the cable car for the mountain, allowing easy access to stunning views. The waterfront is very near, making it convenient for leisurely walks by the lake. Additionally, the hotel is in proximity to two nearby islands, Isola Bella and Isola Pescatori, providing guests with the opportunity to explore these charming destinations.

One downside is that the breakfast options may be slightly limited.
