Muhammed and Hassan were extremely helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Charming and comfortable room with Moroccan decor. All requests were met. Nice breakfasts and lunches. Convenient location for exploring, with nice restaurants nearby. Special mention to the superb food at Riad Louna.

the staff, especially Ali, were super nice and helpful, even arranging transfers for us. the bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I've ever slept on. the location was also great, very near the medina, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. it was a lovely place to stay, decorated in a traditional style, and I would definitely recommend it.

The building was grand and beautifully decorated, creating an impressive atmosphere. The location was excellent, close to Place Batha, making it easy to explore the Medina and access transportation to other parts of the city. Our Deluxe Suite was lovely, with tasteful decoration and a comfortable bed.

We had a fantastic stay with helpful staff and great facilities. The hotel was clean, offered a delicious breakfast every morning, and had friendly and professional staff. They even provided parking and transportation for our day trip to Volubilis and Meknes. The location was perfect, just 2 minutes away from the old town's center.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful and palatial riad in Fez. the manager, Youness, was incredibly helpful and addressed any issues I had upon arrival. the staff at the riad were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were lovely and well-furnished. the highlight for me was the terrace, which offered stunning views of the city and the Atlas mountains. I also really enjoyed the authentic and clean rooms, as well as the helpful suggestions from the staff on nearby restaurants and packing a breakfast for my early morning departure.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. the riad is absolutely beautiful and offers a great cost-benefit. the location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the sights in the city. the staff at Riad Tahra & Spa went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly supportive when I had a serious problem with my foot, providing more assistance than I ever expected. Special mention goes to the lovely manager Unnys and Said. I'm extremely grateful for everything they did for me. Whenever I visit city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hot water did not always work properly during the chilly winter days. It was sometimes difficult to shower at night due to the limited hot water availability.

The staff, especially Mohammed, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

I had an amazing stay in this authentic riad just a short walk from the bustling souk and the famous Blue Gate. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the lively old town's centre. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were attentive and always ready to help, providing prompt service throughout my stay. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was a delicious way to start each day.

The Riad Tahra & Spa is conveniently located close to the main square, making it easy to explore the local shops and eateries. The staff were accommodating and even prepared an early breakfast for us on the day we left for the desert. The room was spacious and had a fantastic private bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast served at the Riad was varied and delicious, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The air conditioning in our room was positioned in a way that made sleeping a bit difficult.
