I recently stayed at Residence La Palma for two nights. The staff, particularly Alessandro, Biagio, and Antonella, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with double doors that acted as curtains to block out the bright Sicilian sun. I also appreciated the convenient fridge and the outdoor seating area where I enjoyed my takeout dinner. The hotel's location was great, and the secure parking was a bonus. I haven't encountered such welcoming hosts in all my travels. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with daily room cleans and fresh linens and towels. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, helping with breakfast, travel arrangements, and excursions. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the seaside and a lovely market nearby. Although the area had some run-down parts, we always felt safe. we highly recommend Residence La Palma for a fantastic hotel experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. The location was also convenient, as we were able to walk to several nearby attractions.

The only negative aspect was the noise level outside the hotel, which kept us up at night. the neighborhood didn't feel very safe after dark, so we had to be careful when walking around.
