The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to all the attractions in the area. It was also convenient that the hotel offered free parking. Another advantage was the spa area, which was nice to relax in after a long day of exploring.

The decor of the hotel was tired and in need of updating. The staff seemed disinterested and not very welcoming.

A wonderful hotel! My wife and I stayed at Livingston for a week and loved it. The room had a lovely sea view, it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked efficiently and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served in the top floor restaurant had magnificent views of the Mediterranean. The hotel also offered parking services, making it convenient to explore the town.

We had a room with a breathtaking sea view and a balcony to enjoy it. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was beautifully decorated with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel in Syracuse. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the archaeological sites and close proximity to restaurants in the center of Ortigia "island". The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that were well-appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues with the room, such as a window that couldn't be opened and splinters on the floor. We had also requested a room on the top floor, but unfortunately, this couldn't be arranged.

The hotel staff at breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful, making our morning meals enjoyable. Felt like a true getaway, no complaints

We loved the stunning sea view from the balcony, the impeccably decorated and spotless room, and the top-notch cleanliness of this hotel. The staff, particularly Theresa, was a valuable asset and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even drove us to the supermarket! We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the coffee/tea maker in our room. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the town. This place is a gem!

Our romantic escape was made extra special by the location of the hotel. Situated near the coast, we had a lovely view of the bay from our room. The spa complex was also very sophisticated and added to the luxurious feel of our getaway. The breakfast room had a wonderful view as well.

When we had trouble with the air conditioning, we had to ask multiple times to get someone to help us. the hotel is quite far from the main attractions, so it was a bit inconvenient having to use taxis to get around.
