The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. It is just a short car ride away from via Pusteria, providing easy access to various valleys in the region. The breakfast offered a decent selection of fruits, including bananas, oranges, apples, and kiwis. Guests also enjoyed the chocolate croissants, adding a nice touch to the morning meal. The friendly and professional female receptionist was helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth stay for guests.

The hotel staff, particularly a rude barman, lacked professionalism and exhibited a disdainful attitude towards guests. This unpleasant experience tarnished the overall impression of the hotel and left guests feeling unsatisfied.

My recent stay at Martinerhof was a delightful experience. The owner personally apologized for the room quality and even offered us a discount, showing great care and kindness. The breakfast and dinner options were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and a special mention to the chefs. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to many attractions. Despite a few minor issues like internet speed and selection of food after a few days, I would still highly recommend this lovely place to others. I had a great stay at Martinerhof.

The breakfast selection was good with delicious chocolate croissants and a variety of fruits. The location is excellent for exploring Südtirol's valleys. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dinner was tasty and well-presented, with a great waitress.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It's just a short drive away from the ski lifts, making it super easy to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. the staff are also incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. But the absolute best thing about this hotel is definitely the spa - it's small but really relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day on the mountain.

The breakfast could definitely be improved. While there are a few options, they didn't really change much from day to day, meaning that after a few days it started to feel a bit repetitive.
