The weight and size of the keychain, which made it difficult to carry the keys in a pocket. Another issue was the unexpected cost of the water in the refrigerator, which was not clearly communicated and resulted in an extra charge at checkout.

Christmas at this hotel was not all bad. We were given complementary chocolates and mulled wine, and that was a really nice touch. being close to the shopping district was ideal, especially with all the sales going on. Plus, the view from our room was breath-taking.
