During my stay at Alena Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the amazing staff members who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a smart TV. The rooftop swimming pool provided a stunning view and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I truly loved every aspect of my visit and would definitely choose Alena Hotel again if I return to Aqaba. my friends and I had a perfect 10/10 experience.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was a wonderful experience. We loved the clean and spacious room with lots of natural light. the rooftop pool was so relaxing and the perfect place to soak up some sun. Plus, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the great location that allowed us to easily explore the local market and nearby restaurants.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it only included pre-made plates and no hot items. We also noticed some language barriers with the staff, which made communication a bit difficult.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the bustling Arabic market and the city center. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and sights. Plus, the hotel is in a new area, ensuring a modern and clean environment.
