The staff at the reception were nice and friendly. The shuttle driver was excellent and always on time. Parking was easy and plentiful. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. the hotel was in a great location for traveling to the airport or exploring Venice. The upper floor room had a charming exposed beam ceiling and was quiet with no airplane noise.
