The omelettes at Hilton in Mecca were so good, they were like a dreamy sunrise over the Haram. Imran and Mr Waseem Khan made our room sparkle brighter than the Kaaba. The breakfast hustle at the restaurant turned hiccups into high-fives.

While missing the Hilton already, the road to Masjidil Haram was like a sneaky Maghrib, but even during Ramadan, their spirit shone brighter than the blessed nights.

Stayed at Hilton for a week; fantastic service from arrival to breakfast. Close proximity to Haram makes it convenient. the variety and quality of breakfast were impressive, with friendly staff always ready to assist.

The a la carte menu was perfect for my picky eater tendencies. Plus, I liked how the kiddos got their unique breakfast experience—anything to keep them happy, right? And let's not forget the private straight access from Ummul Qura street; felt like a VIP!

I would have appreciated if the hotel offered a more extensive selection of office supplies in the business center to fully support my work requirements.

The hotel has kids amenities available on request, making our family stay enjoyable and stress-free. The little ones loved the Kids Welcome and the special Kids Breakfast, adding a delightful touch to our mornings.

My wife says that a larger variety of children's activities would be nice.

Intriguingly, I found the diverse food and beverage experience at the hotel's restaurant quite enchanting. The buffet meals and live cooking stations felt like a tantalizing culinary adventure, offering a delightful array of flavors and aromas. It was akin to stepping into a vibrant marketplace of delectable delights.

The suite was huge, with three bathrooms - a major help with three kids. The staff was quick and helpful, breakfast had lots to choose from, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. Mr Tanveer at the restaurant was super nice too. However, check-in was a bit slower than expected, and we had to ask multiple times for extra beds that should have been set up before our arrival, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Haram at prayer time, which was helpful during Ramadan when it was crowded. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a great mall within the complex. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff at the restaurant were exceptional. The hotel staff, from the concierge to the room cleaner, were friendly and always ready to help.

I had a great value for my money at Hilton Suites. The room was nicely designed and very clean. The hotel's location was ideal, with direct access to the haram floor and a mall with a food court downstairs. The staff, especially during breakfast, went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter's allergy.
