The value for money was great and the room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the pedestrian zone. The staff at Milano were amazing, very helpful and responsive.

More breakfast choices would have made it better.

the breakfast at Milano was excellent, with a delicious selection of bread and cereals. the staff in the cafeteria were friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant start to the day. the location of the hotel, near the railway station and bus stops, was excellent for exploring the city. Despite being close to these transport hubs, my room at the back of the hotel was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the bed and bathroom were also comfortable, although the latter was a bit small. it was a positive stay with great breakfast and a convenient location.

We had a decent continental breakfast with a good choice of coffee, which was a great start to our day. The location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the train station and the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. we appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

the pillows provided were quite flat and uncomfortable, leaving us with a restless night's sleep. It would have been better if there were extra pillows available for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel in a bustling city. The breakfast, especially the coffee, was excellent. The bathroom was clean and shiny, and the Chinese waitress, Ms Susan, was so kind. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. we had a great experience and would stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem near the central train station. The staff is amazing, always ready to help. The location is super convenient, close to the center and train station. And the breakfast, oh my! The coffee is excellent and there are even eggs served alongside the delicious cakes.
