We had an amazing stay at this hotel right on the bustling shopping street with plenty of restaurants to eat at. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Nese, were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond for us. The location in a small alley in Istiklal was perfect for exploring the city.

The location of this hotel is perfect, situated in a small alley in Istiklal. It is close to all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife that Istanbul has to offer. For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was nice. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Taksim with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff, especially Ismail, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The place is cozy and in a great location, just seconds away from the main road. The staff, especially Nese and Ismail, are very helpful and responsive. The rooms have fantastic views of the Bosphorus and are cleaned daily. The hotel is close to many tourist attractions and the subway station. The Magnolia restaurant in Çiçek Pasaj offers delicious food with a discount for hotel guests.

my second stay in istanbul was even better than the first! west palace surpassed my expectations in every way. the friendly and helpful staff, particularly nese, made our stay memorable. the sea view room with a terrace was cozy and the beautiful view added to the experience. the central location on istiklal street made shopping a breeze! highly recommend staying here for an amazing experience!

I gotta say, West Palace in Istanbul was worth every penny. The room was clean and cozy, with comfy beds and a fantastic view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff treated us like royalty.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure with the helpful and responsive staff. The balcony with a sea view was a lovely feature.

Cicek Passage, a historic passage, is conveniently close and St Anthony of Padua Church is practically my neighbor. The lovely sea view from my balcony was so picturesque, it almost made up for the fact that the airport shuttle cost extra.

Who needs a decent breakfast when you can enjoy a plate with a sad selection of cheese, ham, and an egg? Yum.

the staff at West Palace were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Muhammet and Ismail. They went above and beyond, even assisting me with unusual requests like mailing postcards when the post offices were closed for Eid. the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of Taksim with easy access to all the tourist attractions. the rooms were always clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping team who cleaned them daily. I particularly loved the balcony with a sea view that I requested.
