The views from the rooftop bar are stunning and a highlight of the stay. Check-in was disorganized, which was frustrating.

The noise levels from the bustling piazza below were simply too much, especially on the weekends!!! Acknowledging the charming decor, I found the rooms to lack more furniture for comfort!!! The Wi-Fi quality was hit or miss, leading to frustration!!! The check-out process was chaotic and disorganized!!! Improvements could elevate the experience!!!

Great stay, not so great check-in

Loved the view of the duomo from our room—absolutely stunning! The location was awesome, steps from bars and restaurants. But check-in was a hassle. we waited forever to get let in. Also, the breakfast was kinda blah—could use some variety. The little bar terrace was a nice touch, though!

We loved the hotel’s prime location by the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens in the vibrant Santo Spirito neighborhood. It felt authentic, with charming bars and eateries all around. The owner, Signore Ferdinando, was incredibly kind and ensured our stay was delightful, making us feel warmly welcomed every day.

The air-conditioning in our room could have been more effective during the heat.

The Hotel Palazzo Guadagni melded history with comfort perfectly, boasting a stunning loggia with views over Florence's rooftops. The rooms were bright and spacious, with charming antique decor enhancing the atmosphere. Though occasionally loud from the piazza, the lovely ambiance made it worthwhile. An authentic gem in Santo Spirito!

The Quadruple Room was spacious and beautifully styled, with plenty of natural light. The antique furniture and frescoed ceilings really added to the charm. It was super clean and well-maintained, making it feel cozy. Even though the hotel is in a vibrant neighborhood, my room was surprisingly quiet, which helped me sleep well. Plus, I loved the breakfast room with its lovely decor. Definitely a comfortable stay!

A commendable fit for a momentary pause in Florence with great value. The roof terrace was a highlight for relaxing and enjoying views. Consider asking for a room with a view for the best experience.

The Quadruple Room was really spacious, charming, and bright. The frescoed ceilings and antique furniture added such a lovely touch. Even sitting outside was delightful with a great view. It was super clean and felt cozy, which made it a nice escape after exploring the city. I was surprised by how quiet it was despite being in a lively area. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated too. Definitely felt like a memorable stay!
