Great location, close to water boats and popular attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. the friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service and even assisted with luggage transportation. the room was spacious and the breakfast provided a good variety to choose from.

The hotel could use some updates, as there were areas that looked tired and in need of maintenance. Some examples included marks in the bathroom, torn curtains, and a gap in the glass door.

We had a fantastic Christmas getaway! the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and yet away from the tourist crowds. the two key facts that we loved about the hotel were the spacious rooms and the amazing breakfast. the rooms were large and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. the breakfast spread had an impressive variety of food options, from continental choices to hot dishes and delicious pastries. Another advantage we enjoyed was the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the staff could have been more informative during check-in, but they were still friendly.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with lovely communal areas for relaxing. Its location was ideal, within easy walking distance of all the tourist sites and just a short walk to the gondola for a scenic 30-minute ride. The hotel also provided transportation to the airport via water transport, making it convenient to catch our flight. the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and location were the best aspects of this hotel.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in a lovely piazza across from a beautiful church. The location was perfect, with 2 to 3 restaurants within the square and stunning views of Santa Maria. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable, with a great view over the Santa Maria Formosa piazza. The breakfast included a variety of options, including vegetarian choices, which was a pleasant surprise. It was truly a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience during our city trip! the hotel is really beautiful and the staff members were always smiley and helpful. the location was perfect, just a short stroll to all the important places. We loved waking up to the nice breakfast smell and the classical music in the corridor. the whole hotel was clean and tidy, with a great sense of decoration. the breakfast had multiple choices and the coffee was fantastic. we had a lovely stay.

The only thing we didn't like was that the room temperature was not fully controllable. It was a bit too hot in the room during the first few days.
