We were fortunate to have a room with a balcony overlooking the lake, and it was truly magical waking up to that view every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring that our needs were met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with air conditioning to keep us comfortable during the warm summer nights. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day off right.

The staff went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel comfortable, especially when she had a broken leg. They were so attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right along the lake with breathtaking views. Our room had a balcony that looked out over the lake, and the views were absolutely stunning. The bed was also very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfactory. this hotel offered great value for money and had fantastic amenities.

We recently spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with the warm and cozy atmosphere. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel like part of the family. the location was perfect, just across the road from the lake, and the ferry dock was conveniently right there, allowing us to easily explore other parts of the area. Another aspect we enjoyed was the free wireless that actually worked on every floor, unlike many other hotels.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the room we were given had a limited view of the lake and the balcony was not equipped with any chairs, making it difficult to fully enjoy the scenery.

The location couldn't be better - right by the lakeside, just across the road from the ferry stop. It was so convenient to hop on a boat and explore the beautiful Lake Como. This hotel is perfectly located just across the road from a ferry stop, making it very convenient for exploring the various towns around Lake Como. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms, and the service provided by the multilingual staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. some rooms offer beautiful lake views, adding an extra touch to the stay.

The shower in some of the rooms can be a bit cramped, due to the age of the building.

After a day of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to return to our spacious, well-decorated room with all the comforts of a 4-star hotel. the view of the lake and surrounding gardens and villas from the balcony was simply perfect. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. the on-site restaurant, Posta, was a true culinary delight with outstanding food and an excellent wine selection. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's parking and the proximity to the ferry station, making it easy to explore the surrounding villages by boat. a lovely experience that we highly recommend.
