Well-located by the lake with own restaurant. Big, clean, bright room and spacious bathroom. Lift access and secure parking. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Quiet location, good alternative to busy west lakeshore. Approx. 20 km to Bellagio, with good swim beaches on the way. Well-run base to explore Como.

The hotel had plenty of parking space, which was a great bonus. the staff was friendly and helpful, with one person at reception speaking English. the location of the hotel was superb, with breathtaking views of the lake. It was conveniently located close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area.

Some parts of the hotel could do with a bit of renovation, such as the tiny elevator which had a worn-out carpet. the room itself was small and the TV was positioned too high on the wall.

We loved our stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the shores of Lake Como. The view of the lake and the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. It was so convenient to explore nearby villages like Bellagio, as it was less than half an hour away. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including room service and laundry, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with homemade tarts and fresh fruit. the hotel provided excellent comfort and quality service.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, with a fair price for a room that had high ceilings, good finishing, and a surprise with a trick shower that was the best I've experienced in Europe. The location was perfect, with a small balcony and within walking distance to restaurants and the beautiful lakeside promenade. The staff treated me incredibly well, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could be improved by starting earlier as 7:30 am can be late for those who have early departures or day trips.

The hotel definitely needs renovation as the rooms are outdated and could use some modern amenities. Our room had a stale odor and the bed was uncomfortable.
