I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for more. The moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and given a complimentary one-day-ticket to explore the city and its attractions. The newly renovated room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Dolomites from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed dining at the restaurant for dinner. The hotel even had a rooftop area that provided stunning views. Although the location was not in the city center, the hotel provided a card for public transportation, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities.

The dinner menu was really delicious, especially the pasta dishes. the view out the window was breathtaking, with snow-covered mountains visible in the distance. the hotel is located close to a popular tourist destination, making it easy to visit.

The staff was not very accommodating. We had some issues with our room, but the front desk was not very helpful in resolving them.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room didn't have air conditioning. However, the hotel provided a fan and I was able to keep the windows open, so it wasn't a major problem.
