We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality at Rider Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The beds were extremely comfortable and the free parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was situated near beautiful mountain roads, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas.

The hotel was perfectly located for a Christmas ski holiday. the slopes were easily accessible, just a short walk away from the hotel. the hot tub was also a great way to relax after a busy day on the mountain. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like a mini-fridge or kettle. the breakfast lacked variety as there were only a few options available.

I also appreciated the value for money and the attention to detail in providing a good breakfast. The location, although a bit away from the city, offered beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.

One downside was the lack of clarity in the booking process. We were not aware of the additional fees for pets and were surprised when we were charged upon checking out.

the staff, particularly Nina, were friendly and helpful. We were transferred to Hotel Mondschein, and everything went smoothly. the suites provided were spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. the breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the place was calm and serene, nestled in the woods.
