We had a really great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the lake and in a lovely area. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially when we had some travel issues at the end of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the amenities like the mini-bar and in-room safe. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of sun loungers. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts each morning.

The hotel’s breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and high-quality food. the location was also great, offering easy access to cafes and restaurants as well as the option to hire bikes and ride around the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room size was a bit small, but still clean and adequate. during the low season, there were fewer crowds and less vibe, making the grand old hotel feel a bit spooky at times.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, the ferry stop, and other attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms. The service was excellent, with helpful staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool and the relaxing gardens.

The dinner at one of the hotel's restaurants was not impressive and we chose not to eat there again.

The spa is exceptional, surpassing five-star hotels in Dubai. The room size exceeds expectations, a definite advantage. Food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The location is close to shops and the lake. A truly enjoyable stay.

The food was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
