We stayed at Ricci for one night and had a smooth and simple experience. the reception was open late, allowing us to check-in after 11PM. the staff, especially the guy at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was quiet, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for our needs. the bathroom was clean, and overall, everything was fresh and well-maintained. Although we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, we heard it was great with plenty of options. the location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a charming food market. We would definitely recommend Ricci, even for a short transit stay, and believe it would be an excellent choice for a longer stay as well.

had a fantastic short break in genoa. ricci exceeded expectations. friendly staff, clean room, and convenient location near the train station and shops. would definitely come back.

Great location, close to Oriental Market and fashion shopping. Easy walk to old town, Palazzo Ducale, and port. Convenient for those on a budget.
