I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the popular tourist points in Milan. I could easily walk to the city center and the hotel was also near the metro stations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

This hotel had a location which made it really easy to explore the city. We could walk to most of the main tourist attractions, or use the metro which was close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable with great facilities. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of options to choose from.

One thing that could be improved was the cleaning under the beds, which seemed to be missed by housekeeping.

Moreover, the staff provided me with great room service and were always available to help me out with anything. They also gave me a welcome drink upon my arrival, which was a nice touch. Finally, the room was very well equipped - I had everything I could need, including tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar.

The reception was excellent and they accommodated an early arrival well. Location is excellent with restaurants and park in the vicinity as well as public transportation. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel was quiet at night, so we were able to sleep well. The breakfast was of a much better standard than we were expecting and we had an excellent service from Bren, who remembered our coffee order every day and helped us with Italian. The front desk staff all spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as there was a Metro station, Porta Venezia, just at the end of the road and Centrale station was a 20 minute walk away. We would happily recommend and stay again.
