We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it is very close to Kings Cross station, allowing us to easily navigate all around this city. The tube station is just a short 2-3 minute walk away, and from there, we were able to reach all the major attractions on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a luxurious and modern decor throughout. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with the best night's sleep we've had in a hotel.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, being just a few minutes away from the main train station. This place has great service and amenities like room service, wake up calls and a wonderful happy hour. We enjoyed the beautiful sitting area and loved the fact that they had an iron and hairdryer in the room. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. This hotel also has fantastic amenities like garden area/ facilities and a snack bar. We would definitely recommend this venue to our family for the amazing stay we had here.

They had great recommendations for drinks at the bar and had excellent knowledge of the area. The hotel's location was spot on, with great transport links to anywhere we wanted to visit. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the bedside tablet to control the TV and learn more about the property.

Our room wasn't available when we checked in, and we were moved to another hotel. It was highly disappointing, especially considering we had been looking forward to our Easter break for weeks.
