Great location, clean room with flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi was slow. 24-hour reception was very helpful.

This property is ideally located for exploring major attractions with a lovely courtyard garden for relaxation. The spacious room amazed us, and the charming interiors added to our experience. Breakfast was excellent, offering a delightful variety of options. Meanwhile, Marcello's effort to help recover my lost phone was outstanding. ❤️

i had such high hopes for hotel s. anna. unfortunately, the hard mattresses made sleeping near impossible, while the small elevator made me feel like i was in a sardine can. i also woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade or at least some form of special treatment, but that didn’t happen, how shocking!

I spent three nights exploring a charming hotel with a great location near major attractions. The area was tranquil in the evenings despite daytime crowds. I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was helpful with my requests. I felt welcomed and appreciated during my stay. As someone who loves road trips, I enjoyed the convenience of being able to access historical sites easily.

While the hotel's ambiance is charming, I encountered several issues during my stay. The shower was problematic. the overhead rain showerhead wasn't functional, and I had to hold the handheld shower, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I found the mattress to be firmer than I'd prefer, causing some discomfort during my sleep.

Had a lovely stay! Room was spacious, and staff were heaps helpful with my elderly mum. Breakfast was just average though, could use more variety. Chur for the cozy vibe!

Enjoyed a pleasant stay with spacious, air-conditioned rooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with local transfers and providing great breakfast options. A lovely pedestrian street nearby offered plenty of cafes for evening relaxation. Just a heads-up, the elevator is small, so pack light!

We loved the spacious room and clean vibe. The staff was super friendly and made our mornings with delicious breakfast options, including special diet menus. It’s just one minute to St Peter’s, which is unreal! The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow. But who cares when you’re in Rome, right?
